Saat ini, terdapat dua kantong jenazah berisi potongan tubuh yang masih belum terungkap identitasnya. Menurut Edy, tim DVI Polri berencana mengubur bagian tubuh yang sulit teridentifikasi tersebut.
"Ada dua body part yang tidak teridentifikasi karena sudah menjadi arang yang sudah tidak bisa di ekstraksi untuk diambil DNA-nya. Ya mungkin kami dan pihak rumah sakit rencananya akan melakukan pemakaman massal di pemakaman umum," kata Edy yang juga Ketua Tim Postmortem RS Polri.
"Nanti biasanya kita akan menunggu dari dinas pemakaman DKI, sesuai dengan jadwal dinas pemakaman DKI," imbuhnya.
Namun, kata Edy, pihaknya tak mau terburu-buru melakukan pemakaman massal tersebut. Sebab Tim DVI masih menunggu laporan dari pihak keluarga maupun masyarakat yang merasa masih ingin menyerahkan data-data antermortem.
"Nanti kita lihat lebih lanjut perkembangannya karena pemeriksaan masih berjalan karena proses ini memang belum selesai secara keseluruhan, mungkin nanti ada laporan lagi dari masyarakat atau laporan dari wilayah, mungkin hasil rekonstruksi nanti ada kita enggak tahu, tapi kita menunggu," pungkasnya.
